Because Dimens AI and its providers operate across locations, information may be processed outside Hong Kong or your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect information during such transfers. 7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of the business relationship, security needs, dispute periods, and legal or regulatory requirements.
- We review the Formspree inbox monthly and delete accessible submission copies older than 30 days after delivery and handling.
- If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, related business correspondence is normally deleted within 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- If an engagement is established, relevant records may be retained for the term of the relationship and any additional period reasonably required by the contract, law, audit, security, or dispute-handling needs.
